VSKYLABS announced the project a few minutes ago on their Facebook page.
The team indicated that "the project was approved by Cicare, although it is an independent VSKYLABS project which is not affiliated/endorsed with/by Cicare".

The objective of this project was to develop a two seat helicopter that fitted the ULM category, based on the platform of the Cicaré 7B and 7T. This model will also be sold as a kit. We prioritized low fuel consumption, operation cost, and the lowest empty weight to achieve higher payload. To accomplish this we incorporated latest technology materials. All the experience of Augusto Cicaré and its technical, engineering and design team are present in this new product that manifest the innovation, reliability, quality, maneuverability and efficiency that is well known within Cicaré products.
