HSF/Rotorsim EC135 V5

Back in April 2020 a new EC135 popped up in our forums and it was impossible not to pay attention to it.

The 3D model looked impressive and, a few days after its initial announcement, the author, Ceds Faure, indicated that Rotorsim was now involved in the project as well.

So much that it seems this is, in fact, now called HSF/Rotorsim EC135 V5 as a lot of the code used in Rotorsim’s helicopter is present in this new version.

If you were a fan of Rotorsim’s EC135 (and, let’s face it, a lot of us are), you will certainly want to take a close look at this model. I had the chance to take her for a spin or two already and I am very impressed with what the team achieved.

The list of features is not too big but it’s enough to understand HSF and Rotorsim mean business, although that goes without saying. Rotorsim already had a great reputation and Ceds is certainly living up to that.

Here’s what you’ll find in the HSF/Rotorsim EC135:

  • X Plane 11.50 ready
  • VR ready
  • Detailed 3D model
  • FMOD sounds
  • Rotorsim Plug-in
  • Options and crew configurator
  • XP reality ready
  • Avitab ready
  • IFR full functional instruments

Please note that there are some issues with X-Plane 11.51 so, if you are using the beta, you won’t have the full experience as some items (such as custom commands that you need to assign to your joystick) may not be available.

HSF and Rotorsim are releasing the beta version of this model on November 21st (it’s almost out!), so stay tuned!
