Newcomer developer SimFocus started the year by releasing a couple of heli-centered sceneries for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
The payware, which is called EPKX LPR Base Kokotów, is modeled after a quite recent HEMS base in Kokotów, near Kraków (Poland). SimFocus says that in real life “there’s a H135 there on duty 24/7 serving the Lesser Poland region”.
This scenery is comprised not only of the base but also a couple of other helipads, which you download separately (although you purchase it all together as a single package):
EPKX, the Hems base itself, has two parking spots, fueling capability, custom made 3D Models of the base and surrounding buildings, high quality ortho, polygon adjustments, custom made night lighting and a functional helicopter platform that is able to move the helicopter in and out of the hangar
H102, Narutowicza Hospital one of the most oftenly visited hospital pads in the city of Kraków, interestingly placed with an approach leading over a forest and a railway. Features custom buildings, true to life night lighting and ground textures, as well as a cold and dark and helipad starting positions
H324, Kraków CUMRiK (Trauma center) the newest, and most often visited hospital in Kraków, featuring high resolution orthophotomap, functional approach path lighting and also a cold and dark and helipad starting positions.

Helipad Kraków Hotel FERO is the freeware scenery and it’s a civil helipad near the borders of Kraków, also in Poland. The helipad is “conveniently located near a highway, a three-star hotel, 10 minutes from EPKK Kraków airport, but not limited by controlled airspace”
SimFocus added a few nice features such as custom 3D Buildings of the helipad, its hangar, the hotel, high-resolution orthophotos, terraforming, and forest polygon corrections as well as collidable power lines in the vicinity, so be careful.
According to SimFocus, “the pad is mostly visited by r44-sized helicopters, with an occasional H130 or H125 paying a visit”.
