Changes are not limited to the flight dynamics and the Gazelle is getting overhauled.
The company continues on the fleet upgrades and the SA341B and SA342J are already out.
The team has released a very early version of the helicopter for MSFS.
The team has come out with a list of new features added to the Gazelle as well as a note on multicrew.
Fast Cow Productions hit a wall with the development of the H160, so they decided to pick up something easier to finish. The SA342 Gazelle is making its way into Microsoft Flight Simulator.
The team reinforces the fact that they are releasing the Kiowa as a final product, not Early Access and state that health issues with one of the developers caused the whole project to be delayed.
AirlandFS seems to be quite the leverage for all the creators that have been waiting for MSFS to support helicopters and if there wasn’t enough evidence of that, here we have another helicopter to have some fun with.
The Gazelle is one of those helicopters that you simply can’t take your eyes off. JRX brought it to X-Plane in full glory. Nick Bates put it to some (serious) testing!
A few months ago, the MP Design Studio Gazelle for P3D and FSX saw the light of day. MP Design Studio has now released an update, with newer models, textures and some new features. Joe took her for a spin. Still no Blue Thunder, though.
One of my biggest critiques of the Polychop’s SA342 was the lack of armament variety. Well, the same day that review was published on this website, Polychop released images of their plans to expand their SA342’s weapons choices. I’m glad to say, that Polychop’s SA342 no longer runs the risk of being a one trick pony with the new DCS SA342L.
