It is often called Paris - Île de France and, quite often, people think the expression relates to the city and not the region. France VFR recently released their Paris - Île de France scenery for FSX and Prepar3D. It's astonishing.

France FVR has released their newest scenery: Paris-Ile de France VFR (or Paris VFR) for FSX and P3D. Judging from the screenshots the gorgeous city of light looks absolutely fantastic. The guys at France VFR seem to have done a terrific job.
