The project is progressing as the team is overhauling the model and improving other areas as well.
The team has been working on using the native flight dynamics of Microsoft Flight Simulator to get their UH-60 to fly, and they have made it available.
During their State of the Sim video, the company has announced 2 new helicopters coming for Microsoft’s sim.
The update brings the UH-60 to version 2 and a lot has changed!
Never heard of Aerofly FS4? You’re not alone but the sim is probably one of the unknown helicopter jewels out there.
IPACS sent us a small batch with a few new screenshots of the Blackhawk and we can now take a better look at the interior.
We were all expecting a new helicopter for Aerofly FS4 but the model in question came out as quite a surprise.
The WS70 never entered production but the British-built BlackHawk had 2 prototypes, one of them equipped with Rolls-Royce engines. Weird? Yeah. A bit. But FGUK is bringing it to the virtual world.
After what Destroyer121 calls “huge leaps” in the development of the UH-60 for Microsoft Flight Simulator, the project is entering the final testing phase, prior to its release.
The small update comes with some improvements to the flight model as well as a few other small features and bug fixes.
