The news about Aerofly FS2 seem to be piling up these days. We recently got a new helicopter, the beautiful region of Paris and now amazing Hawaii is starting to see the light of day in the sim.
Aerofly FS2 is not exactly a sim where a lot happens but the last weeks has brought us a new helicopter and a new scenery (both from third-party developers). As we are still getting used to the Lynx, we decided to take a look at the city of lights.
The most recent scenery for Aerofly FS2, which covers the City of Lights is out!
France VFR says the release is only a few days ahead.
ORBX’s delivery tool now comes with a map displaying the scenery and helps us find products that include heliports and points of interest.
The helicopter is the first one being released by a third-party and the second made available to the general users of the sim.
Although bringing only one helicopter, Aerofly FS2 has one of the best flight dynamics out there. Interested? You can get it at a discount, but for a limited time period.
IPACS did a great job with the R22 but they haven’t stopped at just doing a great helicopter. They are still working to improve it over time.
The Robinson R22 turns 40 this year and so Nick decided to write a bit about what's, very possibly, the best R22 in a sim right now.
The scenery has been updated with a few helipads and it just became the helicopter playground the real area is. Helgoland is a small, yet fun region.
