On their Facebook page, XFER Design mentions the progress they have done with the 3D model (which is looking quite nice as you can see), as well as lighting and the customization options, which are available via a tablet.
XFER Design also says that they are happy to announce that they have progressed on systems as well, “with the addition of wind effects to the main rotor blades, a custom coded windshield wiper including its animation and a completely reworked fuel and electrical system”, which, according to the team, “increased the system depth and the realism of the H145 even further”.
The team will continue to work on the helicopter – which, again, is quite a complex project. They are working hard to get their bases solid which they hope will prevent them from having to go back to fix them, delaying the release.
