When you think about it, it’s crazy how a helicopter flies around hanging on such a small portion of material when comparing the size of the full helicopter. And the complexity of the rotor head, which holds the rotor blades and allows the helicopter to perform most of the maneuvers it can, is also crazy.
But what’s even crazier, more insane, is how X-Trident decided to pick that up, model, and animate it in such a way that it almost seems like it could be sold as a stand-alone addon for the sim.
OK, I may be exaggerating a bit but do take a look at the video above. Isn’t that just marvelous?
