X-Rotors is one of those companies that we associate with helicopters in X-Plane. They have released the AW139 for X-Plane 11 (and are currently working on the X-Plane 12 version), as well as their AW109, which was recently upgraded to the latest version of Laminar Research’s sim as well.
The team reached out and asked us to help spread the word as they are looking for one of more developers to help them out. Possibly more than one.
They need someone that knows how to work with OpenGL and can help implement the AW139 v5 Epic Primus for X-Plane 11 and 12, so that they can bring a more true-to-life system to their product.
But they are also starting to move towards another sim. And yes, it’s Microsoft Flight Simulator. X-Rotors wants to bring both the AW139 and the AW109 to Microsoft’s sim.
