VSKYLABS released a new version of their Cabri G2 for X-Plane, bringing the helicopter to version 4.1. As usual, this is a free update for the owners of the Cabri G2 and VSKYLABS is already planning the next iteration.
Update log for v4.1
- Further flight dynamics refinements following deep real-world Cabri G2 flight instructor feedback:
- Power gradients and climb performance tuneups.
- Pedals input and vertical fin aspects especially on takeoff/ETL transit.
- Pedal and cyclic input requirements when going through ETL (pre/post ETL regime).
What’s coming
VSKYLABS is working on extending the EPM (Electronic Pilot Monitor) display with new modes to include:
- Start mode.
- MLI (Multiple Limit Indicator) display with PWR and FLO modes.
- Fuel flow modes.
The EPM update is a WIP, intended for implementation soon, but the company didn’t say when.
