After the release of the R66 and R44, we were waiting for VSKYLABS’ R22 but they threw a dodge ball at us. Instead of the smallest of the siblings from Robinson, the team is working on the Enstrom 480B.
According to VSKYLABS, development on this model started a year ago and they are planning on releasing it later this year, although no release date was indicated.
As with other projects from VSKYLABS, “The development of the VSKYLABS Enstrom 480B project for X-Plane was approved by the 'Enstrom Helicopter Corporation', however it is an independent VSKYLABS project which is not affiliated and/or endorsed with/by the 'Enstrom Helicopter Corporation'.”
This should be another fun whirlybird to add to our hangars!
