The application, being released as freeware, simulates HEMS scenarios, “including a medical emergency database of over 260+ medical conditions” and, according to the author, “provides users an integrated system of hospitals, HEMS providers, and a service area developed identical to real-world operations”.
Helicopter Simulation, the one-man-team behind the project, developed over 20 payware hospitals for X-Plane which can be used with the application.
The application (which is really a website on the background, so you won't need to install anything, really) saves all the information of the flight automatically and then provides “statistics, charts, graphs, and other data to view personally, in addition to comparing your own responses to others”.
