Milviz announced the release today on their Facebook page where they also mentioned the discount.
No other updates or changes seemed to have been made to the helicopter (at least nothing that Milviz pointed out). The discount is also not clear, but you should be able to access it if you logon on Milviz’s website.
In case you are not finding a way to get the discount, contact Milviz and they will sort it out for you.
