The good news was brought to us on Miltech Simulation’s Facebook page. The company says it is “now available at Contrail” and that it should also be available at ORBX “in a few hours”.
Since the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 marketplace is not up yet, and submissions to the marketplace are not available right now, the team has no way of submitting – and we would have no way of getting it at the marketplace anyway.
This free update brings the Miltech Simulations CH47 up MSFS2024 standards, making it fully native, “meaning that the product has undergone full conversion to the new standards, LODs and leverages new FS24 features”.
Miltech Simulations also adds that ”the walkaround functionality is now enabled, allowing interactive tasks like checking tire pressure. Additionally, all sceneries and missions have been upgraded and enhanced for FS24”.
