If you own a K-51 collective, chances are that you are having issues with firmware update.
It seems like an update to the VIRPIL VPC update is causing the problem. K-51 collectives use VIRPIL electronics, and the firmware is updated through VIRPIL’s software, but it seems like the last update broke something.
Fortunately, K-51 has a solution, which you can find in this forum thread.
Make sure you read through it a couple of times before starting the procedure and I recommend you follow all the steps 1 by 1, double-checking as you go.
