Raise your hands all those that own X-Plane, fly helicopters and haven’t tried the HSF/Rotorsim EC-135.

Serously, if you haven’t tried this helicopter, you are really missing out. It’s one of the most amazing freewares out there, hands down. This particular release made me fall in love with the 135 even more. Something I didn’t think it was possible.
Yeah, I am a bit of a fanboy.
Anyway, we have an update coming! According to the team, version 5.01 is only a few weeks away. What’s in it? Goodies! Nice goodies!
HSF and Rotorsim are partnering up with HR Simyard.
HR Simyard is bringing their FSX objects pack as well as some of their liveries, meaning we will have more choices to customize our EC-135.
But that’s not all. Version 5.01 will also bring a few new features, improvements and fixes:
- Configurations can be saved
- New Semi analog cockpit
- Patient can be boarded
- Menu for sling operations
- New liveries
- Flight model improvement
- Several bug fixes
