HSF started talking about the EC130 for X-Plane back in August 2021, but the team has also been working with Rotorsim.de in the development of the EC135 for X-Plane 12.
Now at the final stages of development – which doesn’t necessarily mean we will get the helicopter today or tomorrow or next week or even next month – HSF has released a couple of documents about the helicopter.
The documents are an introduction to the helicopter and a manual explaining the configuration/customization options.
HSF will allow you to select from an analog or a digital (Garmin 500) cockpit on this X-Plane 12-only model. Speaking of models, the 3D model was originally developed by Nemeth Designs.
You can expect FMOD 2.0 sounds, PBR 2K textures, AviTab integration, and yes, a bunch of options to help you make the model your own, inside and out.
HSF has stated that the EC130 for X-Plane 12 will be released before the end of 2023.
