My coaxial-loving friends, we are in luck.
Not only the group known as ‘Helix Collective’ is working on the Ka-32 —they are also showing their Ka-26 for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Both helicopters are coming to MSFS 2020 and 2024, with MSFS 2024 users getting access to some extra bells and whistles, of course.
Leading the project is Sebastian Darrel, known for his work with Cockspur and now the lead developer for MicroProse’s MSFS aircraft. He’s inviting the community to join their Discord Server , follow development updates, and perhaps even participate in testing down the road.
There’s no ETA just yet, but both projects seem to be progressing nicely.
