PROVIDENCE – January 24, 2025 – FlightSimExpo 2025 takes place June 27-29 at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence, just outside of Boston. Today, organizers shared that the initial registration launch last month was the biggest in its history, with already more than 500 people registered to attend.
“We’re thrilled and grateful for the strong early support,” says Flight Simulation Association’s Evan Reiter, a long-time flight simmer and one of show’s organizers. “Our best pricing on registration is available until March 1. If you can’t make it in-person, we also have great options for you to support the show online from anywhere.”

Call for Speakers
Individuals and organizations are invited to participate in FlightSimExpo’s Weekend Community Seminars. Happening on Saturday and Sunday, these talks are designed for experienced flight simmers, pilots, and aviation enthusiasts to share their knowledge and expertise. Previous events have included presentations and panels from content creators, PC building experts, developers, virtual airlines, and more.
Anyone can apply to speak at the show. Visit flightsimexpo.com/speak to submit your proposed topic. Topics are selected based on voting from registered attendees in March.
Updated Airline, Hotel, and Car Rental Discounts
The FlightSimExpo website has been updated with even more information about traveling to Providence! At flightsimexpo.com/travel, attendees will find details about discounted hotel rooms and airfare deals from Delta, United, Southwest, and codeshare partners.
FlightSimExpo attendees also enjoy access to discounts on restaurants, entertainment, and other local experiences thanks to a new Convention Discounts program from GoProvidence.
“Our primary hotel – Omni Downtown Providence – is now 75% sold out. If you’re looking to stay with the majority of attendees, book now using the link on our website for $199 per night (plus tax), one of the lowest summer hotel rates this area has ever seen,” says show co-organizer Phil Coyle.
