PROVIDENCE – June 24, 2025 – The flight sim convention for enthusiasts, aviation professionals, and pilots is coming to downtown Providence this weekend! Held at the Rhode Island Convention Center from June 27-29, FlightSimExpo 2025 is one of the world’s biggest flight sim celebrations.

If you’re not able to join the community in-person, you can still support the event and watch from anywhere with FlightSimExpo Online, available for just $15 at flightsimexpo.com/watch.

What’s Happening at FlightSimExpo 2025

The three-day event starts on Friday, June 27, when hundreds of attendees will enjoy a ‘behind-the-scenes’ tour of Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport, courtesy of iniBuilds. #FSExpoFriday, a series of new product reveals from some of the biggest names in flight simulation, begins at 1pm EDT. Later Friday, in-person attendees enjoy a free welcome drink courtesy of FeelThere, and FSA Captains are invited to the FlightSimExpo Banquet.

If you’re not attending the show on Friday, you can fly into the event virtually with VATSIM’s FNO Into FSExpo, featuring air traffic controllers working traffic live from the FlightSimExpo Exhibit Hall in Providence. It’s a great chance to try out the newly-released iniBuilds Providence for MSFS 2024, crafted from the ground up after an extensive in-person visit. The new scenery—provided free to attendees of the PVD Tours at the show—also features a fully walkable recreation of the Exhibit Hall.

The FlightSimExpo Exhibit Hall opens at 9am EDT on Saturday, featuring more than 75 interactive exhibits, multiple presentation stages, hands-on workshops, and more. Show hours are 9am-6pm EDT on Saturday, June 28 and 9am-3pm EDT on Sunday.

Flight Simulation Association will be announcing an update on next year’s show as the 2025 event draws to a close. The announcement will be streamed live at youtube.com/flightsimexpo at 2:30pm EDT on Sunday, June 29.

Walk-in and day-of registrations are welcome. Please visit flightsimexpo.com for details on the venue, parking, and attendance.
