In case you missed it, X-Trident is working on an AW109SP for X-Plane and the team has shown a screenshot of the (work in progress) cockpit, where we could see a pop-up EFIS displays.
Well, X-Trident went a step further and they have now sent me a short video showing a couple of those displays in action. In one of them, you can see a terrain map and, on the other one, you have the usual artificial horizon/speed/altitude paraphernalia, but you also can see the skyway which is connected to the autopilot.
All this is the result of very extensive custom coding by X-Trident. The video doesn’t show a whole lot going on, but I find it very interesting. You can check it out at the top of this article.
