After the (WIP) release of their Gazelle, Fast Cow Productions rolled up their sleeves and started working on a new project. Well, 2 new projects, really.

They have confirmed to us that they are, in fact, developing an AS350, which is already flying in Microsoft Flight simulator, and the H120 Colibri.

Fast Cow Productions will be present at FlightSim Expo later this year (don’t forget you can save 10% on your registration fee with the code ‘helisimmer’), where they will be showing the AS350. The team also already indicated that this bird will be a payware project with custom lighting, doors, a camera system, and a rescue version. The goal is “to have a working sling and winch” and this model should be released later this year.

The AS350 will be the B3 and the avionics are being coded through WASM (Microsoft Flight Simulator’s plugin system) “just like the real thing”. Fast Cow Production admits that not all the planned features may be present on the first released version but they will be updating and adding those for free over time.

The H120 is not in the sim yet and, as you can see, the team just sent us some 3D model images so while we do know the AS350 will come out later this year, we still don’t know when the Colibri will be released yet.
