Bathed by the Mediterranean sea, the city of Almeria is, indeed, in this crossroad of very different regions and you can reach a lot of them very quickly.
Although not as close to North Africa as Gibraltar, it's still one of the closest European locations to this continent, making it very easy for you to enjoy sets of different landscape, weather and challenges all around the airport.
Descent2View partnered with PILOT'S and the joint team has been working, for quite some time, on recreating the airport and part of the city for X-Plane and they have now released a set of new screenshots.
The date of release is still to be set but, from the images below, it seems it may be coming out very soon.
