The Bell 206 may not be everyone’s favorites but for may simmers out there, like myself, it has a special place in our hearts.
As I spent countless hours learning how to fly helicopters in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2000, the Bell 206 JetRanger was the helicopter that I massacred used time and time again. I both loved it and hated it.
I hated it because I couldn’t control it. I loved it because once I got it, she was a blast to fly and the 206 is still a reminder of my achievement: I managed to learn how to fly helicopters in a sim.
And what an achievement that was.
So, it is obvious that I love to see this little fellow in other sims, and I was very happy to see Joshua Cowan picking her up and bring her to X-Plane 11.
The Cowan Simulation Bell 206 JetRanger is now available, and you can get it directly at Joshua’s website.
