For some community members, this is the news they were waiting for. Joshua Cowan has started porting his fleet to Microsoft Flight Simulator and the Bell 206B3 is now out.
The Cowan Simulation B206 is modelled after the most recent 206B3s and Joshua filled it with nice features as usual:

Joshua is using Microsoft’s native flight dynamics and he has submitted the 206 to the Microsoft marketplace, so you can expect it to land there as soon as Microsoft approves it.
