Cera Sim released their Mi-17V-5 back in November 2023 and, since then, the team has been collecting feedback from the community.
Based on that feedback, the team has now released an update which addresses some issues, bugs and also add a few improvements to the model.
What’s new in the update
- Bug Fixes: We've addressed all the issues reported by the community, including those related to sound, engine parameters, and overall stability.
- 3D Modeling Enhancements: We've refined the 3D modeling of the cockpit with high-definition (4096x4096) textures, improving every detail for a more immersive experience.
- New Features:
- Force Trim System for more precise control.
- Autopilot System adapted from the real model for stable and controlled flights.
- Beep Trim for fine RPM adjustments, enhancing engine management.
- Realistic Main Rotor RPM Adjustment: The main rotor RPM now adjusts more accurately to reflect real flight conditions.
- Joystick Mapping: We've added the ability to map additional controls on your joystick, such as the grip, searchlight, and beep control, for greater customization.
- Improved Flight Dynamics: We've fine-tuned the flight dynamics to offer a more realistic and comfortable experience.
