New modules for DCS are not something we see coming out every day. Eagle Dynamics is very strict regarding the companies that develop these modules and the quality of the modules. This makes is so that we usually get high quality products.
But this also means we get less content. The only option? Mods. Unfortunately, these are limited.
Upuaut, from the ED forums is working on a very cool mod, though: the notorious Bell 47. Don't expect it to behave like the 47 does, though, as Upuaut's work is based on the Huey. So, you're pretty much getting a Bell 47 that behaves like a Huey. Edit: it seems that, although it's based on the Huey, Upuaut modified the flight model. I talked to him before this news item was posted and was under the impression that the FM was the same. My bad.
For now that's pretty much what this mod will be. Hopefully, Upuaut will be able to do much more in the future. Let's see.
