It looks like the helicopter engine was not completely removed from FSW (which makes sense). Following these instructions, we were able to get the 206 working inside Dovetail Games early access Flight Sim World.
Granted, it's not working completely as it should. The gauges and the glass are missing but the helicopter is flyable. The flight model is the same, as expected, so no surprise there. We know DTG is hard at work getting everything ready but we can't wait to start having some great helicopters in a realistic flight engine.
